Key Responsibilities:
- Development of sales of quality inspection and bin picking systems on the Polish market.
- Building and maintaining relationships with integration partners and key customers.
- Technical and business support to existing and new integration partners.
- Market and competition analysis, identification of new business opportunities.
- Cooperation on strategy and marketing activities for the Polish market.
Requirements:
- Perfect knowledge of Polish and English (written and spoken) - Czech is not necessary
- Education in a technical field, ideally in robotics, automation or mechatronics
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience in sales of technical or engineering products, preferably in robotics and automation.
- Strong sales and communication skills, ability to establish and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Proactive attitude and ability to problem solve independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Poland, to offices in Brno and within Europe.
